The Client, a San Francisco based Short-Term Rental Property Management firm came to OPTIMAL looking to Partner with a firm that could help them structure, scale, and maintain their growing short-term rental portfolio so they could continue to focus on growth.
OPTIMAL first laid out an initial bookkeeping structure within QuickBooks Online, set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management, and began assisting in the operation of the properties. Initial setup took 1 month.
As OPTIMAL began managing the back-end processes, the Client scaled seamlessly over the following 6 months, adding 20+ properties to their portfolio.
