Overview
The Client, a California based property management firm came to Optimal looking for an Advisor to support their migration from Vantaca to Appfolio for their 10,000 unit portfolio.
Optimal first met with the Chief Operating Officer, their Controller, and Appfolio to discuss the migration strategy. After sign-up, Optimal held multiple strategic sessions with them so their controller could better understand Appfolio requirements, the best data to include/exclude from the Appfolio build spreadsheet, and how to manage the pre- and post-migration process.
The full migration was completed within 1 week’s time per Appfolio’s standard requirements.
Post-migration, Optimal supported the client on proper setup of features and automation within Appfolio and provided support for their internal team’s routine duties to ensure they met the expectations of their board members.
With Optimal Advisory, the Client was able to stabilize their new software without burdening their internal team or their clients.
