OPTIMAL is a property management support company that works with real estate investors and property managers across North America, helping them achieve Time, Financial, and Location freedom through the implementation of remote property management techniques with back-office management and fulfillment.

Our Leadership Team is made up of Ex-Big 4 Accounting and Consulting professionals as well as property managers who have experience managing commercial and residential portfolios.
CEO & Founder

Spencer Ogden

Formerly a Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President with M&T Bank, Spencer managed borrower relationships, underwrote over $7B in Commercial Real Estate, and managed portfolio risk. Prior to M&T, he was a Management Consultant with Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firm, Ernst and Young, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients on the financial and operational aspects of M&A transactions.

At OPTIMAL, Spencer provides strategic direction to clients looking to take their business to the next level and manages the alignment of resources to help them achieve their goals.


Spencer graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University with his B.S in Applied Economics and Management.

Tax

Anthony Aversano CPA

Anthony is a licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience in domestic and international tax.

He worked with Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firms KPMG and PWC in New York City and his experience ranges from leading tax engagements with small businesses to multi-million dollar companies.


With OPTIMAL, Anthony provides tax advisory services and prepares both personal and corporate tax returns for clients across the country.
