Overview
The Client, a Denver based Property Management Company came to OPTIMAL looking to Partner with a firm that could help them support their back-office bookkeeping operations as well as their property management team.
OPTIMAL coordinated and led a series of transition calls with their prior bookkeeper to breakdown the in-place processes, making recommendations to ensure the proper setup was implemented. Next, they built out a bookkeeping team and brought on two Assistant Property Managers to manage the volume of work.
Team and Process setup was completed within 2 months, working hand-in hand with the Owners and Director of Property Management. Two teams were built out to manage the entirety of their portfolio’s bookkeeping operations as well as tenant relations & collections in Appfolio.
With OPTIMAL managing the back-end processes, the Client was able to stabilize their operations and begin reviewing opportunities for continued expansion.
