The Client, a NYC based Real Estate Investment Firm came to OPTIMAL after raising a $50 Million Fund to acquire Industrial Property on the East Coast. They wanted to partner with a firm that could help them set up and maintain a scalable back-office operation so they could focus on acquisitions and asset management.
OPTIMAL first completed setup in Yardi within one month and set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management.
Properties are being onboarded each month and the team is being built out to manage the volume of work
With OPTIMAL managing the back-end processes, the Client was able to stabilize their operations and begin reviewing opportunities for continued expansion.
