Overview
The Client, a San Francisco based Property Management Firm came to OPTIMAL looking to Partner with a firm that could help them support back-office functions, specifically supporting their Director of Accounting and their Team of Portfolio Managers.
OPTIMAL first completed historical catch-up/clean-up in Appfolio and set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management.
The clean-up and standard operating procedure setup was completed within 3 months working hand-in hand with the Owner and Director of Accounting. Two teams were built out to manage the entirety of their portfolio’s bookkeeping operations as well as tenant relations & collections.
With OPTIMAL managing the back-end processes, the Client was able to stabilize their operations and begin reviewing opportunities for continued expansion.
