The Client, a Louisiana based Real Estate Investment Firm came to OPTIMAL looking to Partner with a firm that could help them outsource their back-office operations.
OPTIMAL first completed historical bookkeeping catch-up/clean-up in Yardi and set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management.
The clean-up and standard operating procedure setup was completed within 3 months working hand-in hand with the Chief Financial Officer. In that timeframe, we were able to absorb all of the Chief Financial Officer’s complex GL related work, bank compliance requirements, as well as low-end duties from his internal team, freeing them up to focus on acquiring more properties.
As a result, a couple months later, the Client added multiple properties to their portfolio including 200+ apartment units, a grocery story anchored shopping complex, as well as a retail strip mall.
With OPTIMAL managing the firm’s back-office, the Client was able to stabilize their operations, acquire several properties, and better utilize on-site personnel for higher value-add tasks, saving time & money.
