The Client, a Boston based Property Management firm came to OPTIMAL looking to Partner with a firm that could help them manage their back-office so they could focus on growth.
OPTIMAL first completed historical catch-up/clean-up in Yardi, migrated them to Buildium, and set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management. Migration and standard operating procedure setup was completed within 3 months.
With OPTIMAL managing the back-end processes, the Client scaled seamlessly over the following 3 months, adding 150+ doors. As they grew, OPTIMAL built out a bookkeeping team and the Client added two full-time Assistant Property Managers to manage their continued growth.
