Learning & Development

With an understanding of the roles and responsibilities you’d like to build out, we work with you on a training plan so your Team Member or Team is up and running as fast as possible. After the initial onboarding and introductory period, we perform gap analyses to inform additional training opportunities. We also perform regular check-ins and team-building events to encourage development and retention.

Performance and Compensation Management

Optimal supports you and your Team Member or Team with ongoing feedback and coaching. We help you set objectives and KPIs, and our compensation experts guide annual reviews, bonuses, and more.

Our process

We’ll first review your Company’s property management software and organizational structure to assess the volume of work and skillsets required.
Once our review is complete, we’ll review our findings with you over screenshare and agree on job descriptions.
We’ll cast a wide net and find the perfect Virtual Property Managers for your Team, ensuring that your new VPMs meet your requirements, have great communication skills, and are reliable and trustworthy.
Simultaneously, we’ll work with you to outline standard operating procedures for the work to be completed by your new hire/s, that way, once they start, everything is streamlined and ready for them.
Once hired, we’ll schedule a start date and an associated Onboarding Meeting to discuss the best means of communication as well as next steps.
One of our Property Management Experts will begin training and working with your new VPMs on the specifics of your account, including standard operating procedures.
